PAY|MY|YOUR DOCTOR CLIENT ID: WHERE'S MINE?

So, you just require to pay our doctor's bill. Easy, right? Not so fast! The website says I must enter my Client ID, but where can I find mine? This whole thing is getting me crazy! I've looked everywhere, but this darn Client ID looks to be missing. It could be I just missed something? Should someone contact customer service?? Help! This

Has anyone else been having issues logging into PayMyDoctor/the PayMyDoctor app/their PayMyDoctor account?
